  I SUED THEM. I was so appalled with the product that i requested that they remove it. When they refused i sued them. Despite the overwhelming evidence that his staff had delivered a substandard product, the MD insisted on coming all the way to Brighton County Court (from the midlands!) to claim i had maliciously damaged it - the judge wasn't having any of it and ruled in our favor. When they failed to comply with the terms of court order we kept the shed and demanded the refund from the credit card company (which was the co-defendant in the case), I'd encourage you to read the absurdly punitive (and probably unenforceable) terms and conditions, if you are are thinking of buying a shed from these people. [My fault i'm afraid, as they appeared to put them in place in the immediate aftermath of losing to me in court.] :-)
